How is Shipping calculated and What does it include?

Shipping is calculated by the actual weight of the product and the distance to locations within the 48 contiguous United States.  ***Hawaii and Alaska- please email us for an estimate.

XL Items (over 1000 lbs)- Flat rate of $389.00 per safe

L Items (590-999 lbs)- Flat rate of $289.00 per safe

M Items (230-589 lbs)- Flat rate of $189.00 per safe

S Items (under 229 lbs)- Flat rate of $150.00 per safe

This is curbside delivery*.  Any other delivery option to the garage, house, or other areas and any domestic transportation requiring a ferry or any special crossings need to be arranged beforehand for an extra fee.  We will negotiate for you the best price with the delivery company and will be in contact with you to discuss your needs.

*for CA deliveries, this is a premium delivery: garage/ground floor level (with no stairs) delivery with trash removal.

TIP:  There is no guarantee on this BUT if you are nice to the delivery team, you can ask for them to deliver to your garage…  99% of the time, they are happy to help.

ADVICE:  Instead of hiring more movers later, contact us to see how much it will be to move it exactly where you want the safe to be.  Most of the time, paying a little extra is worth your time and wallet.

What is the expected delivery time frame?

Please allow 3-6 weeks from the order time for delivery.  This is because of the large size and weight of these items.  We will be in contact with you via phone or email as soon as we get your order.  If you need it sooner, please let contact us.  We do try our best to fit any of your requests.

Upon delivery, the item is damaged...What should I do?

REFUSE the shipment.  We request that any safes that are damaged upon delivery is to be refused at that time.  Please make sure to check the safe while the delivery vendor is there- they will return the damaged safe for you to us at NO charge.  If you receive the safe and accepted it, all return fees will be your responsibility.  We don’t want this to happen to you so please check the safe!

How do I return items?

If for any reason, you decide to return the safe, you may do so.  The return delivery fee is your responsibility.  We can help in booking a pick up and negotiate prices for you.  There is a restocking fee of 15% of the price.  The warehouse where you will need to ship the safe back is in zip code 90670.

**Delivery or Shipping in Hawaii, Alaska, and any other destinations/countries that require more than a domestic ground transportation (special equipment, ferries, 2nd 3rd floors, other special situations…) please contact us for an accurate quote. Please know delivery may not be available in all areas however we will do our best to handle any logistic situation—please call if you have special shipping, delivery or moving situation
